Red Lentil Soup with Milk

Prep. Time: 10 minutes  
Cook. Time: 40 minutes

For 6 persons we will need:

1.5 cups of red lentils
1 onion
2 cups milk
1 potato
1 tablespoon butter
3 cups water
100 grams of minced meat
salt
1 tablespoon flour

For sauce: 1 tablespoon butter, 1 dessert spoon paprika


Preparation:

Put peeled and grated onion and potato in the saucepan. Add butter, washed lentils and 1 glass of water and mix with a wooden spoon about 5 minutes. 

Add the remaining 2 glass of water and cook the lentil until it is half soft. While mixing add milk and cook it until lentil gets soft, but do not forget to mix soup time to time. 

On a pan roast minced meat on low heat and add flour. Roast it until the smell of flour disappears.

Add it into the soup, boil 5 more minutes and take the saucepan from the heat. 

Adjust its salt.

In a pan melt the butter and add red pepper.

 Put it over the soup and serve.
