Rice with Vegetables

Sebzeli Pilav

Prep. Time: 10-15 minutes 
Cook. Time: 45-50 minutes



For 4 persons we will need:

1 cup rice
100 gram fresh green beans
1 red bell pepper
1 tablespoon butter
half of the bunch parsley
half of the bunch dill
salt


Preparation:

Firstly, leave the rice in hot salty water for 15 minutes. 

Then drain, rinse 2-3 times and leave in a colander for water to drain. 

Wash beans and boil until it is half cooked.

Then drain the water, cool them down and cut the beans.

Fry beans in melted butter. 

Add cube chopped pepper and continue to fry. 

Add 3 cups of warm water and bring to boil. 

Add salt and rice. 

Cook until the rice absorbs the water over high heat, and then cook on moderate heat. Remove from heat and add the chopped parsley and dill. 

Mix the rice and leave it closed for 15 minutes. 

Serve hot.
