TOYGA SOUP

Toyga çorbası

Total Time: 45 minutes
Prep. Time: 20 minutes
Cook. Time: 45 minutes

For 6 persons we will need:

Half glass boiled chickpeas
Half glass rice
3 glasses meet bouillon
3 glasses yogurt
1 egg
2 spoons flour
1 teaspoon salt, black pepper

For sauce:
25-30 gr butter
1 dessert spoon paprika
1 teaspoon dry mint

Preparation:

Wash the rice and put in a mid size pot. Add 2 glasses of water and leave it for boiling.

After 10 minutes of boiling add 3 glasses of bouillon and 3 glasses of hot water and leave to boil again.
Add boiled chickpeas, salt, pepper and leave to cook for 10 minutes.
 *Before boiling, chickpeas should wait 6-8 hours in cold water.

Mix 3 glasses of yogurt, 2 spoons of flour and egg in a different plate. Add it into the soup while mixing the soup.

Mix the soup till it boils and take it from the heat.

Sauce:
Fry the butter with paprika and mint for 1-2 minutes


Add this sauce on your soup and serve hot.
